Add a header including the converter version number at the top of converted files

If you are using the Offline Converter or the Advanced plan of Swiftify for Xcode you can now choose to omit the converter version in the file header comments. With the default settings, your converted files include the file header comment with the converter version like the one shown below:

With this option turned off the file header comment as in the original Objective-C like the one shown below:

You can toggle this in the Preferences (⌘+,) => Converter and toggle the corresponding checkbox:
